Returns & Refunds Policy<\/h2>\n

1. Returns<\/h3>\n

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies to physical products only.<\/p>\n

2. How to Return<\/h4>\n

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at support@morphcube.com<\/a> within 14 days of receiving your item. You must then return the goods within 14 days from the date of informing us.<\/p>\n

4. Condition of Returned Items<\/h4>\n

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if the item has been damaged or shows signs of use beyond necessary handling.<\/p>\n

5. Shipping Costs<\/h4>\n

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using tracked or insured shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.<\/p>\n

6. Refunds<\/h4>\n

Once your return has been approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made by bank transfer directly to the customer\u2019s account.<\/p>\n
