Where do you ship Morphcube products?
We currently ship across the entire EU. Orders are packed securely and sent with trusted carriers like DHL and InPost Paczkomaty.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You have 14 days to return unused products in their original condition. Refunds are processed once the return reaches our warehouse.
Do Morphcube products come with a warranty?
Absolutely. All HDF terrain kits are covered by a 2-year EU-compliant warranty against manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications made to the product after purchase.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair free of charge.
Can Morphcube help repair items after the warranty ends?
Yes. We offer a paid repair and parts replacement service to extend the life of your terrain kits.
