Payment Terms

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Payment Terms define the types and rules for making payments for goods purchased via the Morphcube online store operated by Morphcube Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw.

1.2. The online store is operated by Morphcube Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Św. Wincentego 88/138, 03-291 Warsaw, NIP: 5242971423, REGON: 524664185, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001030631.

2. TYPES AND RULES OF PAYMENT

2.1. The online store allows payment using the following methods:

– Online transfer via Tpay,

– BLIK payment,

– Payment by Visa and Mastercard,

– Traditional bank transfer.

2.2. The Tpay payment service is operated by Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A., located at ul. Św. Marcin 73/6, 61-808 Poznań, NIP: 7773061579, REGON: 300878437, KRS: 0000412357.

2.3. The order is accepted for processing once the payment is credited to the Seller’s bank account or confirmed by the Tpay operator.

2.4. For selected payment methods, the Seller reserves the right to require prepayment of all or part of the order value.

3. INVOICES AND TAXES

3.1. The store issues VAT invoices upon the Buyer’s request. The request can be submitted during order placement or by contacting the store’s customer service after the order is completed.

3.2. The prices in the store include VAT applicable under Polish law.

3.3. Sales made to consumers from other European Union countries are conducted under the OSS (One Stop Shop) procedure. The applicable VAT rate is based on the consumer’s country of residence.

4. REFUNDS

4.1. In case of order cancellation or return, refunds will be processed using the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction.

4.2. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the Seller receiving the return or confirming cancellation.

Definitions

Payment Recipient – MorphCube Sp. z o.o., based at ul. Smrekowa 26B, 34-500 Zakopane, Poland, NIP: 7361748137, REGON: 528082526, registered in KRS No. 0001094168.

Payer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law, making a payment to the Payment Recipient.

Payment Operator – Tpay, the Tpay payment system is owned by Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A., ul. Plac Władysława Andersa 3, 61-894 Poznań, NIP: 7773061579, REGON: 30087843700000, KRS: 0000412357.

Online Service – the Tpay service that intermediates payments between the Payment Recipient and the Payer.

Payment – an individual transaction made by the Payer to the Payment Recipient using the Tpay service.

Electronic Services Terms

To use the website and related services correctly, the following technical requirements must be met:

• Internet browser
• Active email account

The service provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website. Access may be limited due to maintenance, upgrades, or repairs.

Users are prohibited from submitting unlawful content, including:
• Defamation or harm to third parties
• Violating trade secrets or intellectual property rights
• Acts of unfair competition
• Promoting illegal activities
